The Six-Siblings Foundation Scholarship

One of the Ways We Empower is through a scholarship award. Awarded to Seniors attending Thornton High School, who best embody the values of Tlahuatlmeh and how their experience as a student of diversity has impacted their journey at Thornton. Scholars will receive an award to their attending institution of higher learning and will be paired with the previous winner as a mentor. 

• Awarded students receive a monetary benefit of $2,500 to the university they have decided to attend. 
• Students awarded will receive a full year of mentorship from previous winners in their transition to university. 

• A Senior year student of diversity attending Thornton High School
• Enrolled to take 3 or more IB exams
• Be accepted into and/or actively preparing to pursue a secondary education

We will begin accepting applications for the 2024-2025 school year on January 1st, 2025.
